Shelf Life: 3 months while frozen
Instructions: For air fryer or oven: Bring the frozen falafel dough to room temperature or cold temp as long as it’s no longer frozen. Mix the spices with the falafel dough well. Form falafel balls by hand, spray olive oil or oil in the base of the air fryer or oven. Add the falafel balls, spray oil again, and cook at 180 degrees until golden color appears. You may need to flip the balls to catch the golden color if needed. For deep frying, form the falafel dough and fry the falafel balls at high temperature until both sides turn a golden color.
